Based on part ten of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus", Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure for the boundary regime in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2009 No. 70 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2007 No. 448 "About some questions of bodies of the border service" and for the purpose of the organization of the omission in borderland and providing in it economic and other activity the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for the omission in borderland and providing in it economic and other activity.
2. To chiefs of territorial authorities of the border service to organize studying of the Instruction about procedure for the omission in borderland and providing in it economic and other activity by subordinates, modification of the documents regulating procedure for the omission in borderland.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
