Form of creation of the data represented to Chamber on control of the financial markets of the Azerbaijan Republic concerning the currency values imported into the Azerbaijan Republic and exported from the Azerbaijan Republic

1. This document is prepared based on the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 23, 2009 No. 66 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against legalization of money and other property received in the criminal way, and terrorism financing" and determines form of creation of the data represented by the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic to Chamber on control of the financial markets of the Azerbaijan Republic concerning the currency values imported into the Azerbaijan Republic and exported from the Azerbaijan Republic.

2. Based on article 8 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against legalization of money and other property received in the criminal way, and terrorism financing" the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic shall provide without delay to Chamber on control of the financial markets of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - Chamber on control of the financial markets) data on the following transactions:

2.1. import to the Azerbaijan Republic or export from the Azerbaijan Republic of currency values persons specified in article 7.2.2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against legalization of money and other property received in the criminal way, and terrorism financing";

2.2. import to the Azerbaijan Republic or export from the Azerbaijan Republic any person of currency values which primary Item of exit is the state (territory) specified in article 7.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against legalization of money and other property received in the criminal way, and terrorism financing".
