For the organization of work on re-registration of legal entities till January 1, 1996 and subsequent their registration to increase the extreme number of central office of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan by 8 units and local authorities of justice on 372 units, having reduced in local customs authorities of Customs committee under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan the number of staff by 380 units.

To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to allocate to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan necessary assignments for maintenance of again created structural divisions on registration of legal entities.

3. To provide to the state committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of state-owned property in coordination with heads of the regional, Almaty and Lenin city administrations managements (departments) of justice of additional service premises for implementation of activities for registration of legal entities.

6. Determine that from the date of enforcement of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the valid Law, of April 24, 1995 N 2235 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" for state registration of the legal entity collection in the amount of 0,1 of % of the cost of authorized fund of the legal entity, but at least twenty minimum wages is levied, for re-registration and issue of the duplicate of the registration certificate - 50% of the main rate.

Legal entities are exempted from payment of the registration fee in case of their registration and re-registration in connection with reduction in compliance with regulations of the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (general part).

7. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop and provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

drafts of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state company", "About registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it", "About mortgage of real estate", "About production cooperative" according to the Plan of legislative initiatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

till September 1, 1995 the bill of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About change and recognition voided legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with adoption of the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (general part)";

till August 1, 1995 the draft of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About change and recognition voided resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with adoption of the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (general part)".
