1. Approve the enclosed Rules on labor protection in the organizations of health care.
2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.

1. Rules on labor protection in the organizations of health care (further - Rules) establish the requirements for labor protection directed to accident prevention and occupational diseases of employees of the organizations of health care (further - workers).
2. Requirements of these rules extend to all organizations of health care having special permission (license) for the implementation of medical and (or) pharmaceutical activities issued according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (further - the organizations).
3. In case of absence in these rules and other regulatory legal acts (further - the NPA), technical regulatory legal acts (further - TNPA) the requirements providing safe working conditions, the employer takes measures for providing healthy and safe working conditions of workers.
4. Observance of requirements of these rules is obligatory in case of operation, repair of buildings (constructions) of the organizations and servicing of their material and technical resources.
5. Persons guilty of violation of requirements of these rules are made responsible according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
6. For the organization of work and control for labor protection the head of the organization shall create security service of work according to the Standard regulations on security service of work of the organization approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2002 No. 82 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 89, 8/8286), or to enter position of the labor protection specialist into the state or to assign the corresponding obligations on labor protection to the authorized person.
7. Control of condition of labor protection shall be exercised according to the Standard instruction about monitoring procedure behind compliance with law about labor protection in the organization approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2003 No. 159 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 7, 8/10400).
8. Public control in the organizations over compliance with law about labor protection is exercised by labor unions according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
9. Training, instructing, advanced training and examination of workers concerning labor protection in the organization shall be carried out according to requirements of the Instruction about procedure for preparation (training), retraining, training, instructing, advanced training and examination working concerning the labor protection approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2008 No. 175 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 53, 8/20209), and other NPA, TNPA.
10. The territory, buildings and constructions of the organization shall conform to requirements of Health regulations of the device, equipment and operation of the treatment-and-prophylactic organizations approved by the resolution of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2003 No. 71 (further - Health regulations of the device), other TNPA.
11. Operation of buildings in the organizations shall be performed according to requirements of construction regulations of the Republic of Belarus "Buildings and constructions. The main requirements to technical condition and servicing of building constructions and engineering systems, assessment of their serviceability" SNB 1.04.01-04, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2004 70, other TNPA.
12. Disinfecting of air and surfaces in buildings of the organizations shall be performed according to requirements of TNPA.
