Requirements to mapping (plan) of object of land management

I. General provisions

1. The card (plan) of object of land management is the document displaying in graphical and text forms location, the size and borders of object of land management, and also other its characteristics.

2. The card (plan) of object of land management is constituted by results of the description of location of borders of object of land management or part (parts) of such borders and (or) establishment of borders of object of land management or part (parts) of such borders on the area in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The card (plan) of object of land management is constituted with use of data of the State Immovable Property Cadastre, map material, materials of remote sensing, and also according to the measurements received on the area.

3. The card (plan) of object of land management is constituted by person having according to Item 6 of Article 69 of the Land code of the Russian Federation the right of performance of works on land management including the cadastral engineer (further - the contractor).

4. The card (plan) of object of land management consists of text and graphical parts which are divided into Sections.

In the cases established by these requirements the power of attorney is attached to the card (plan) of object of land management.

5. Text part of the card (plan) of object of land management consists of the title page, content and the following Sections:

bases for carrying out land management works and basic data;

data on object of land management;

data on location of borders of object of land management;

data on location of the changed (specified) borders of object of land management.

Graphical part of the card (plan) of object of land management consists of the Section "Plan of Borders of Object of Land Management".

6. Constituent parts of the card (plan) of object of land management are completed in the following sequence: title page, content, Sections of text part, graphical part and appendix.

7. The card (plan) of object of land management is drawn up on paper and (or) the electronic medium excluding possibility of repeated data recording in the form of the electronic document certified by the digital signature of the contractor. Authenticity of the digital signature proves to be true in the procedure established by the Federal Law.

The card (plan) of object of land management intended for entering of data on object of land management into the State Immovable Property Cadastre is drawn up in the form of the electronic document.

If the card (plan) of object of land management is drawn up in the form of the electronic document on the electronic medium, its transfer to the state fund of the data obtained as a result of carrying out land management and also to body of the cadastral registration for the purpose of entering into the State Immovable Property Cadastre of data on object of land management is drawn up by the cover letter in which characteristics of the corresponding electronic medium and parameters of the electronic document are specified.
