About export licensing of tires to Ukraine

For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about conditions of deliveries to Ukraine of tires pneumatic rubber new to cars of June 12, 2009 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that till December 31, 2009 export from the Republic of Belarus to Ukraine of tires pneumatic rubber new (the code of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus 4011 10 000 0), coming from the Republic of Belarus (further - tires), in number of no more than 450 000 pieces is performed according to the licenses granted by the Ministry of Trade in coordination with the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry (further - licenses) according to the procedure, No. 1267 established by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2006 "About licensing of foreign trade in separate types of goods" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 164, 5/23150).

2. To the Ministry of Trade:

send samples of the license and signatures of persons authorized on its issue to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

provide submission to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of data on the granted licenses according to appendix 2 to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about conditions of deliveries to Ukraine of tires pneumatic rubber new to cars of June 12, 2009 (further - the Agreement).

3. To provide to the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry, the State Customs Committee submission to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of information on the actual deliveries of tires according to appendix 3 to the Agreement.

4. To the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry:

perform approval of statements for issue of licenses taking into account requirements of Item 1 of article 2 of the Agreement;

if necessary to provide distribution of the supply rate of tires to Ukraine specified in Item 1 of this resolution between exporters of the Republic of Belarus taking into account requirements of Item 2 of article 2 of the Agreement and to inform on it the Ministry of Trade.

5. Provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs realization of Item 3 of Article 3, of articles 4 and 6 of the Agreement.

6. This resolution becomes effective since June 12, 2009.
