1. Approve the enclosed sizes of asset cost and size of equity of the financial organizations in case of which excess consent to economic concentration with participation of the financial organizations is performed.
2. Declare invalid the Order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the competition (The anti-monopoly agency) against February 28, 2009 No. 72-OD "About approval of the sizes of asset cost or size of equity of the financial organizations in case of which excess preliminary coordination on implementation of economic concentration with participation of the financial organizations is necessary".
3. The agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the competition (The anti-monopoly agency) provides information on consent to economic concentration in Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations, will lock economic concentration with participation of the financial organization on others, except financial, the goods markets, and also about results of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan accepted according to Item 6 of Article 56 "About the competition" review of the decision of antimonopoly authority on consent to economic concentration, will lock economic concentration with participation of the financial organization within 7 working days from the moment of adoption of the relevant decision.
4. The agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations represents to Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the competition (The anti-monopoly agency) information on issue / refusal / loss force / withdrawal of consent to acquisition of the status of bank holding, the large participant owning directly or indirectly twenty five or more percent of voting shares of bank, the insurance (reinsurance) organization, the accumulation pension fund and also issue / refusal / withdrawal of permission to considerable participation in the amount of twenty five and more percent of voting shares (shares) of bank, the insurance (reinsurance) organization, the accumulation pension fund in the authorized capital within 7 working days after adoption of the relevant decision.
5. To department of monitoring and analysis of the goods markets of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the competition (The anti-monopoly agency) (Pichkarev N. A.) bring the presents the order and the resolution to the attention of structural and territorial subdivisions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the competition (The anti-monopoly agency), OYuL "Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan" and the financial organizations.
To department of consumer protection of financial services of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (Usenbekova L. E.) bring the presents the order and the resolution to the attention of structural divisions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations.
6. To assign control of execution of the presents of the order and resolution to the responsible secretary of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the competition (The anti-monopoly agency) Abdi N. A. and vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations Baysynov M. B.
7. These order and the resolution become effective from the date of signing.
