About approval of the Procedure for acceptance on public service in state bodies on tender

Due to the execution of Item 1.4 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 3, 2008 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" I decide No. 830:

1. It is cancelled.

2. The presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 3, 2001 No. 566 "About approval of the Procedure for acceptance on public service in state bodies on tender" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 9, Article 581; 2003, No. 8, Article 441; 2007, No. 8, Article 768, No. 9, Article 873; 2008, No. 5, Article 363) to declare invalid.

3. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in a month:

3.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the existing legal acts to compliance with this Decree;

3.2. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.3. determine general terms for occupation of the vacant positions corresponding heel-sedmoyy to classifications of the managerial positions provided by the second paragraph of item 4 of the Procedure for acceptance approved by this Decree on public service in state bodies on tender and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.4. resolve other issues following from this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
