1. Approve the enclosed National strategy of implementation of complex nature protection permissions for 2009-2020.
2. To provide to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus realization of National strategy of implementation of complex nature protection permissions for 2009-2020.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. The national strategy of implementation of complex nature protection permissions for 2009-2020 (further - National strategy) is developed for the purpose of reduction and (or) prevention of harmful effects on the environment of economic and other activity, ensuring rational use of natural resources, simplification of ministerial procedures on state regulation and control of reduction and (or) prevention of harmful effects on the environment of economic and other activity according to the legislation.
2. For the purposes of National strategy the following basic concepts and their determinations are used:
complex nature protection permission - the document issued by specially authorized state bodies to the users of nature performing ecologically dangerous activities, certifying right to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air, special water use, storage and waste disposal of production, and other types of harmful effects in case of observance of the requirements in the field of environmental protection established by the legislation;
