hereinafter referred to as by the Parties,
for the purpose of providing favorable conditions for economic, production and sci-tech cooperation of the companies and organizations of defensive industries of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova
agreed as follows:
The parties shall keep on mutually advantageous basis the developed production and scientific and technical cooperation between the companies of defensive industries in the field of development, productions of military products and products of economic appointment, rendering military services, and also cooperation in case of supply activity of materials, semifinished products, components necessary for this purpose, educational and auxiliary property.
The parties shall perform the cooperated supply of materials, semifinished products, components, educational and auxiliary property, service of technological and scientific and technical nature according to legislations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova and on the basis of the contracts signed by their business entities.
Mutual deliveries between business entities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova of the materials, semifinished products, components and other material resources necessary for the arms production and military equipment within the developed cooperation communications, are performed according to the approved lists.
The specified lists containing lists of the companies performing deliveries, and also the nomenclature and amounts of products are annually approved by the State committee of the Russian Federation on defensive industries and the Industry ministry of the Republic of Moldova.
The procedure for settlement between the companies of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova is determined by the existing intergovernmental agreements and legislations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova.
Products delivered according to the lists specified in Article 3 of this agreement are not subject to quoting and licensing.
The parties exempt the goods provided in lists from customs duties as in the territory of the Russian Federation, and in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
The parties will hold consultations on rapprochement of the limits of profitability established on goods delivered in cooperation.

All matters of argument which can arise between the Russian and Moldavian companies by delivery of products according to this agreement will be permitted according to the procedure, determined by current agreements in this area.
To assign control and coordination of actions for implementation of this agreement:
from the Russian Federation - on the State committee of the Russian Federation on defensive industries;
from the Republic of Moldova - on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Moldova.
This agreement becomes effective from the date of signing. The agreement can be changed or added in the consent of the Parties.
This agreement will be effective within 3 years and will be prolonged automatically for the subsequent year periods if any of the Parties does not make the written application on the desire to terminate this agreement not later than 6 months before the end of the corresponding period.
It is made in Moscow on February 18, 1994 in duplicate, everyone in the Russian and Romanian languages, and both texts are equally authoritative.
