1. Establish:

1.1. for the citizens working at the territory of radioactive pollution in evacuation area (alienation) and also for faces of the private and the commanding structure of the law-enforcement bodies serving in this territory in the specified zone, the cost of free thrice hot meals in days in the amount of the daily allowance established by the Ministry of Finance in case of official journeys within the Republic of Belarus. In case of impossibility of the organization of such food payment of monetary compensation is performed in the amount of the daily allowance established by the Ministry of Finance in case of official journeys within the Republic of Belarus;

1.2. for citizens, temporarily directed or sent for work on the territory of radioactive pollution to evacuation area (alienations), increase in the size of the daily allowance established by the Ministry of Finance in case of official journeys within the Republic of Belarus for 5 percent.

2. Financing of costs for free hot meals and the costs connected with payment of daily allowance in the increased sizes is performed by the organizations which directed or sending persons specified in Item 1 of this resolution with subsequent compensation of these costs by local financial bodies in the location of these organizations from the means provided in the republican budget on overcoming effects of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP.

3. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 1993 No. 432 "About procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment and benefits to the military personnel of officers, ensigns, warrant officers, sergeants and foremen, soldiers and sailors passing military service under the contract, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies, bodies and divisions for emergency situations, bodies of financial investigations and to members of their families" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 5, Art. 185; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 53, 5/15779; 2007, No. 131, 5/25235):

3.1.1. in Item 3:

the ninth subitem 3.2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
