For the purpose of implementation of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 No. 289 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus", of May 22, 2006 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 1998 No. 369" and of June 12, 2006 No. 385 "About some measures for enhancement of work of the bodies registering acts of civil status" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 333

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 107, 5/9385; 2002, No. 57, 5/10443; 2004, No. 69, 5/14140; No. 192, 5/15231; 2005, No. 155, 5/16568) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 2 of figure "11" to replace with figures "12";

1.2. in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

add Item with subitems 2.6-2.8 of the following content:

"2.6. the state organizations subordinated to Ministry of Justice;

approves candidacies to positions of managers of archives of bodies of registry office of justice departments of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom;

in case of identification of violations of the law in case of civil registration brings:

in the relevant local executive and administrative organs - written instructions, obligatory for execution, about elimination of the revealed violations of the law in case of civil registration and about attraction to disciplinary responsibility of officials of departments of civil registration of district, city executive committees and local administrations of areas in the cities, Houses (Palaces) of civil ceremonies of city executive committees, settlement and rural executive and administrative organs.
