According to the Law of Ukraine "About pesticides and agrochemicals" and item 4 of the Procedure for provision of the import permit on customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered pesticides and agrochemicals which are used for carrying out the state testing and scientific research, and also the seed (landing) material processed by them approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.03.96 N 288 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve the commitment form which is submitted by the subject of housekeeping for receipt of the import permit on customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered pesticides and agrochemicals which are used for carrying out the state testing and scientific research and also the seed (landing) material processed by them it (is applied).

2. To department of ecological safety (Sokolov O. L.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Makarenko I. D.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
