About measures for enhancement of procedure for creation and conditions of activities of temporary research teams
For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for creation and conditions of activities of temporary research teams:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for creation and on conditions of activities of temporary research teams it (is applied).
Operation of this Decree extends to the temporary research teams created after its introduction in force. Agreements (agreements) connected with creation and activities of temporary research teams and prisoners before entry into force of this Decree act on former conditions during the term determined in them and are not subject to prolongation.
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time:
bring acts of the legislation into accord with this Decree;
take other measures for implementation of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective in three months after its official publication, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of this Decree.

1. This Provision determines procedure for creation and condition of activities of temporary research teams (further - VNK).
2. For the purposes of this provision the following main terms and their determinations are used:
the state customer - the organization which is the manager of means republican and (or) the local budgets (further - budgetary funds) provided on financing of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities, signing with the organizations contractors agreements on accomplishment of research, developmental and technological works (further - research and development);
