Approve Regulations on medal of the Azerbaijan Republic "For difference on border" and its description (is attached).

Regulations on medal of the Azerbaijan Republic "For difference on border"

1. The medal "For Difference on Border" awards the military personnel of bodies of boundary protection of the Azerbaijan Republic and other persons which especially caused a stir in case of protection of frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic.

2. Rewarding of the military personnel and other persons with the medal "For Difference on Border" is made on behalf of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic by relevant organ of the executive authority.

Rewarding with the medal "For Difference on Border" is made:

for the bravery shown in combat operations on detention of violators of frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic;

for skillful management of combat operations of the frontier post in case of protection of immunity of frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic;

for the high vigilance and initiative shown in case of protection of frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic;

for high organizing ability on service on protection of border and model work on strengthening of frontier;

for faultless service on protection of frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic;

for the active help of boundary protection to bodies in protection of frontier.

4. The medal "For Difference on Border" is worn on the left side of breast, and in the presence of other awards and medals of the Azerbaijan Republic - after the medal "For Difference on Military Service".

Description of the medal "For Difference on Border"

The medal "For Difference on Border" consists of the roundish plate with a diameter of 36 mm cast from brass together with narrow plate with national ornament.

In the center of medal against the background of fortification the image of sword is placed.

Above over fortification and sword lengthways arch it is written "For difference on border". Text and images convex.

The back represents smooth surface, in the center series and number of medal are engraved.

The medal unites by means of hook and loop with rectangular moire tape of 37 mm in size x 50 mm of brown shade, vertical strips of light brown color 4 mm wide, having element for fixture to clothes are at the edges represented. To the upper part of moire tape the plate of bronze color of 40 mm x 5 mm in size fastens.

The level made of similar moire tape of 37 mm x 10 mm in size, having element for fixture to clothes is applied to medal.
