About the beginning of trials concerning import of some types of goods

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 1998 "About measures of protection of the domestic market in case of commodity import" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. To committee of trade of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to begin trial concerning commodity import according to appendix to this resolution;

2) before completion of the procedure of trial in the procedure established by the legislation to perform import licensing of goods according to appendix to this resolution;

3) within ten calendar days together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify in accordance with the established procedure Integration committee of Eurasian economic community and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the beginning of trials.

2. This resolution becomes effective after thirty calendar days after the first official publication.
