About the organization of accomplishment of separate provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2009"

1. Assign to representations of the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol (further - representations):

1.1. Control of collection (collection) of payments in the budget for code of classification of budget receipts 14060200 "Payment for issue of licenses and certificates";

1.2. Obligations on registration to subjects of managing (in case of their address) representations on return mistakenly or excessively transferred means into the budget for code of classification of budget receipts 14060200 "Payment for issue of licenses and certificates".

2. It is wrong to approve the Procedure for registration to subjects of managing of representation on return or excessively transferred means into the budget for code of classification of budget receipts 14060200 "Payment for issue of licenses and certificates" which is applied.

3. Approve report form of representations concerning payment receipt in the relevant budgets for code of classification of budget receipts 14060200 "Payment for issue of licenses and certificates" which is applied.

4. To representations:

4.1. Submit applications to bodies of the State Treasury of Ukraine for provision of statements from budget accounts by code of classification of budget receipts 14060200 "Payment for issue of licenses and certificates";

4.2. Monthly, till the 10th of the following for reporting the period to represent to Department of licensing (O. B. Ivanchenko) the report on paper and electronic media concerning payment receipt to the relevant budgets for code of classification of budget receipts 14060200 "Payment for issue of licenses and certificates".

5. To provide to department of licensing (O. B. Ivanchenko) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

6. To department of strategic planning, information support and interaction with the territories (T. V. Zheribor) to bring this order to permission of representations.

7. Repeal the order of the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship of 09.02.2009 N 23 "About the organization of accomplishment of separate provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2009".

8. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship S. I. Tretyakov.

9. This order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration.

Procedure for registration to subjects of managing of representation on return mistakenly or excessively transferred means into the budget for code of classification of budget receipts 14060200 "Payment for issue of licenses and certificates"

1. Representation on return to subjects of managing is wrong or excessively transferred means into the budget for code of classification of budget receipts 14060200 "The payment for issue of licenses and certificates" (further - representation) is drawn up by representations of the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol (further - representations).

2. For receipt of representation the subject of managing submits such documents to representation:

the statement on return is wrong or excessively transferred funds (appendix 1);

the original or the copy of the settlement document by which money transfer is confirmed.

3. Representations based on consideration of the documents specified in Procedure Item 2 and statements from budget accounts by code of classification of budget receipts 14060200 "Payment for issue of licenses and certificates" draw up representation on return mistakenly or excessively transferred funds (appendix 2) in bodies of the State Treasury of Ukraine. Representation is signed by the head of representation (his deputy) where the number and date is specified, and makes sure seal.

On payments which belong to local budgets representations of representations shall be approved with the relevant local financial bodies.

4. Information on return mistakenly or excessively transferred funds is registered representations in Deeds register on return mistakenly or excessively transferred funds (appendix 3).
