About approval of method of calculation of payment for use of water resources of superficial sources
According to Item 1 of article 487 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (Tax code)" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the enclosed method of calculation of payment for use of water resources of superficial sources.
2. To provide to department of strategy of use of natural resources in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Agriculture Orazayev Marat Ablakhatovich.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Method of calculation of payment for use of water resources of superficial sources
1. This technique is developed according to Item 1 of article 487 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (Tax code)" and is applied when calculating rates of payment for use of water resources of superficial sources (further - payment rates).
2. Rates of payment are calculated on basins of the rivers and industries of economy on the basis of the base rates given in appendix to this technique which are annually indexed proceeding from the official rate of inflation for the corresponding year published by the Agency according to the statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan on formula:

Rr - payment rate.
The Republic of Belarus - base rate of payment (it is given in appendix to this technique).
G K2009 - the inflation coefficient (provided to unit) in 2009.
Ki - the inflation coefficients (provided to unit) in the years ahead.
3. In case of development of rates of payment depending on regional conditions can be applied lowering (0,2) or the raising coefficients is at least on condition that the total amount of payments of receipt of the local budget will be at least amount, this technique calculated based on Item 2 and not to exceed it more than twice.
