About measures for streamlining of issue of documents of allowing nature in the field of economic activity

For the purpose of enhancement of system of issue of documents of allowing nature and ensuring implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

the list of documents of allowing nature in the field of economic activity which are issued only through the allowing centers, according to appendix 1;

the main requirements to order of interaction of the state administrator with local allowing authorities, subjects of housekeeping and territorial authority of specially authorized body concerning authorization system in the field of economic activity concerning issue of documents of allowing nature according to appendix 2.

2. To the state committee on questions of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship to bring in Standard regulations on the state administrator and procedure for its interaction with local allowing authorities, subjects of housekeeping and territorial authority of specially authorized body concerning authorization system in the field of economic activity of change which follow from this resolution.

3. To provide to the ministries and other central executive bodies adoption of applications and other documents which are directed for issue of documents of allowing nature, and their issue directly to subjects of housekeeping by structural divisions of the specified bodies for the principle of organizational unity in one room.

4. To provide to the state committee on questions of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship the organization of training, and to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations - participation of the state administrators in training and advanced training. Training and advanced training of the state administrators is carried out once in three years.
