1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on substitution of vacant managerial positions of public service it (is applied).
2. To heads of the central and local authorities of the government, self-government institutions of the settlement also sat down to give the regulatory legal acts according to requirements of this provision and to provide its execution.
3. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 7, 2007 No. 232 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on substitution of vacant managerial positions of public service".
