About approval of the Program of recovery of pressure pipelines of pumping points of the Ministry of melioration and water resources of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2010-2015
According to article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state forecasts, concepts and programs of social and economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan" for the purpose of recovery of pressure pipelines of pumping points and improvement of water supply of the irrigated lands, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Program of recovery of pressure pipelines of pumping points of the Ministry of melioration and water resources of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2010-2015 it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of melioration and water resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan, executive bodies of the government of areas, cities and areas for the purpose of implementation of this Program to develop the corresponding state investment projects and to provide local, to international financial institutions and the countries to donors.
