According to article 211 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 52 (II)) the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the State Customs Committee and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Approve the List of the raw materials intended for production of medicines and products of the medical appointment exempted when importing from the tax discharge on value added according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the Resolution of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, State Customs Committee, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and SAC Uzfarmsanoat of August 11, 2006 No. No. 7, of 74, of EG-01/10-4572, 01-02/16-17, 6, 6 (reg. N 1612 of August 16, 2006 - the Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, N 33, the Art. 335) "About the approval of the List of raw materials and materials intended for production of medicines and products of medical appointment when which importing the privileges established by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 14, 2006 N PP-416 are applied".
3. This resolution becomes effective after 10 days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
