1. Approve Regulations on licensing of activities for development of architectural and town-planning documentation according to appendix No. 1.
2. Determine that:
licenses for activities for development of architectural and town-planning documentation are granted without restriction of effective period;
earlier granted licenses for activities for development of architectural and town-planning documentation are subject to re-registration till July 1, 2009 according to requirements of the approved new Regulations on licensing of activities for development of architectural and town-planning documentation.
3. To Gosarkhitektstroy of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
strengthen structure of commission of experts on consideration of documents on issue of licenses for activities on development of architectural and town-planning documentation;
till June 1, 2009 to create the centralized database which is constantly filled up by information on accomplishment by licensees of licensed requirements and conditions;
to inform systematically through mass media, including through the Internet, on licensed requirements and conditions, and also on licensees which licenses it is suspended, stopped or cancelled.
4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
