* approve the expense budgets and the staff list of Management "State Energonadzor" of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Azerbaijan Republic approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic within the means provided in the government budget for 2002 on content of this management;

* in case of need to take necessary measures for carrying out changes in the corresponding expenditure items within the means provided in the government budget on content of management.

4.
