RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of regulations on funds of development of free economic zones and recognition voided separate Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of implementation of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2008 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About free economic zones" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 448-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations on fund of development of the free economic zone Brest (are applied);

The regulations on fund of development of the free economic zone Vitebsk (are applied);

The regulations on fund of development of the free economic zone Gomel-Raton (are applied);

The regulations on fund of development of the free economic zone Grodnoinvest (are applied);

The regulations on fund of development of the free economic zone Minsk (are applied);

The regulations on fund of development of the free economic zone Mogilev (are applied).

2. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 7, 1998 No. 1047 "About approval of regulations on procedure for creation and functioning of fund of development of the free economic zone Brest (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 19, the Art. 522);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 1998 No. 1730 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation and functioning of fund of development of the free economic zone Minsk;

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 1999 No. 61 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation and functioning of fund of development of the free economic zone Gomel-Raton (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 8, 5/69);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 1999 No. 2006 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation and functioning of fund of development of the free economic zone Vitebsk (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 4, 5/2284);

Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2001 No. 426 "About permission of administration of the free economic zone Gomel-Raton to act as the founder of open joint stock company - bank of the free economic zone Gomel-Raton and approval of amendments in regulations on procedure for creation and functioning of funds of development of free economic zones" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 35, 5/5605);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2005 No. 1433 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 1, 5/16938);

subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 17, 2008 No. 881 "About change and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning activities of free economic zones" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 149, 5/27869).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About free economic zones".
