For the purpose of strengthening of stimulation of further development of small business and private entrepreneurship, increase in its role in steady functioning of national economy, forming of new workplaces and employment of the population, and also creation of additional favorable conditions for the organization and conducting private business activity, ensuring compliance with the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 04.11.2014 No. PP-2259
2. Approve offers of the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Central bank, the State committee on demonopolization, support of the competition and entrepreneurship, the State committee on architecture and construction and the State committee on conservation of the Republic of Uzbekistan about decrease since June 1, 2009:
costs of development of architectural and planning tasks and examination of the project documentation of objects of entrepreneurship according to appendix No. 2.
3. Determine that in case of the conclusion small enterprise of employment contracts with the citizens working at home (home-workers) in the quantity exceeding the standard rate of number of workers established by the limiting legislation no more than for 30 percent, behind it the guarantees provided for small enterprises, privileges and preferences remain.
4. To provide to the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Justice, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan on systematic basis:
carrying out monitoring of observance by state bodies and the government on places of the rights of subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship established by the legislation. Quarterly to enter information on results of monitoring together with specific proposals in Republican coordination council on stimulation of development of small and private business;
entering into courts of claims for recognition invalid (illegal) fully or partially decisions of state bodies and the government on the places infringing the rights of entrepreneurs and also about accountability of officials of state bodies and the government on the places for decision making infringing the rights of entrepreneurs.
5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in ten-day time to make changes and additions to the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan following from this resolution.
In a month to provide to the ministries and departments reduction of departmental regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mirziyoyev Sh. M.
