1. This Provision determines procedure for representation by the citizens applying for replacement of positions of the Federal State Service (further - positions of public service), and federal government employees of data on income gained by them, about the property belonging to them on the property right and about their obligations of property nature, and also data on the income of the spouse (spouse) and minor children, on the property belonging to them on the property right and on their obligations of property nature (further - data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature).

2. Obligation represent data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature according to the Federal Laws it is assigned:

a) on the citizen applying for replacement of position of public service (further - the citizen);

b) on the federal government employee replacing as of December 31 of accounting year the position of public service provided by the list of positions approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 No. 557 (further - the government employee);

c) on the federal government employee replacing the position of public service which is not provided by the list of positions approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 No. 557, and applying for replacement of position of the public service provided by this list (further - the candidate for the position provided by the list).

3. Data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature are represented in the reference form approved by the President of the Russian Federation:

a) citizens - in case of revenues to the Federal State Service;

and-1) candidates for the positions provided by the list - in case of appointment to the positions of public service provided by the list of positions approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 No. 557;

b) the government employees replacing the positions of public service (except for positions of public service in Administration of the President of the Russian Federation) provided by the list of positions approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 No. 557, - annually, no later than April 30 of the year following for reporting;

c) the government employees replacing positions of public service in the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation provided by the list of positions approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 No. 557, - annually, no later than April 1 of the year following for reporting.
