According to article 8 of the Federal Law of December 25, 2008 N 273-FZ "About anti-corruption" I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed list of positions of the Federal State Service in case of which replacement federal government employees shall represent data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature, and also data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature of the of the spouse (spouse) and minor children.

2. To heads of federal state bodies:

a) till September 1, 2009 to approve according to the Section III of the list of positions approved by this Decree, lists of specific positions of the Federal State Service in the relevant federal state bodies in case of appointment to which citizens and in case of which replacement federal government employees shall represent data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature, and also data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature of the of the spouse (spouse) and minor children;

b) inform the interested federal government employees of the lists provided by the subitem "an" of this Item.

3. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies to determine till September 1, 2009 positions of the public civil service of subjects of the Russian Federation and position of municipal service in case of appointment to which citizens and in case of which replacement the government civil servants of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government officers shall represent data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature, and also data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature of the of the spouse (spouse) and minor children.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. The positions of Federal public civil service carried by the Register of positions of Federal public civil service approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2005 N 1574 "About the Register of positions of Federal public civil service" to the highest group of positions of Federal public civil service.

2. Positions of heads and deputy managers of territorial authorities of federal executive bodies.

3. Other positions of Federal public civil service, appointment to which and release from which are performed by the Government of the Russian Federation.

Section II. Positions of military service and Federal State Service of other types

1. In the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia):

a) deputy ministers of internal affairs of the Russian Federation;

b) heads (chiefs):

divisions of central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;

territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;

bodies of pretrial investigation of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and their structural divisions;

governing bodies and divisions of the State traffic inspectorate;

educational and scientific organizations of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and their branches;

medical and sanitary and sanatorium organizations of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;

district administrations of logistics of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;

representative offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia abroad;

paragraph tenth ceased to be valid;

other organizations and divisions created for accomplishment of tasks and implementation of the powers assigned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;

c) ceased to be valid;

d) deputies of persons replacing the positions specified in the subitem "b" of this Item.

2. In the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response (Emercom of Russia):

a) deputy ministers of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response;

b) heads (chiefs):

divisions of central office of Emercom of Russia;

territorial authorities of Emercom of Russia;

Public fire service of Emercom of Russia;

State inspectorate for small size vessels of Emercom of Russia;

the rescue and search and rescue forming, the educational and scientific organizations, other organizations and the organizations which are under authority of Emercom of Russia;

c) deputies of persons replacing the positions specified in the subitem "b" of this Item.

3. In the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (Russian Defense Ministry):

a) Deputy Ministers of Defence of the Russian Federation;

b) heads (chiefs):

services of the Russian Defense Ministry and it equal divisions, their structural divisions;

the central bodies of military management which are not entering into services and it equal divisions and other divisions, their structural divisions;

bodies of military management of military districts, their structural divisions;

other bodies of military management;

territorial authorities of the Russian Defense Ministry (military commissariats);

c) commanders of associations, commanders of connections and military units;

d) deputies of persons replacing the positions specified in subitems "b" and "v" of this Item.

4. In the State Courier Service of the Russian Federation (State Courier Service of the Russian Federation):

a) director of the State Courier Service of the Russian Federation;

b) heads (chiefs):

structural divisions of central office of the State Courier Service of the Russian Federation;

territorial authorities of the State Courier Service of the Russian Federation;

organizations subordinated to the State Courier Service of the Russian Federation;

c) deputies of persons replacing the positions specified in subitems "an" and "b" of this Item.

5. In Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR of Russia):

a) director of SVR of Russia;
