According to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 1998 "About drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and measures of counteraction to their illicit trafficking and abuse of them" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve enclosed:
1) calculation of requirement of drugs for legal entities for 2009;
2) calculation of requirement of psychotropic substances for legal entities for 2009;
3) calculation of requirement of precursors for legal entities for 2009.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
