1. Found the State register of non-profit organizations.

2. Approve:

The regulations on the State register of non-profit organizations (are applied).

3. Determine that:

The state register of non-profit organizations is the information resource containing data on non-profit organizations, and component of the State register of legal units;

owner of the State register of non-profit organizations is the Ministry of Justice;

holder of the State register of non-profit organizations is the Center of legal information under the Ministry of Justice;

the state identification number according to the procedure, provided in Regulations on the State register of non-profit organizations is assigned to the non-profit organizations registered before enforcement of this Resolution.

4. The organization and ensuring functioning of the State register of non-profit organizations are performed for the account and within the funds allocated to the Ministry of Justice from the government budget and also at the expense of the special means provided by the law.

5. Information exchange between the State Tax Administration, the Agency of the state services, National bureau of statistics is provided based on agreements on exchange of information between relevant organs and the Ministry of Justice.

6. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 2 of January 11, 1999 "About the State register of public associations" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, No. 5-6, of the Art. 52).

Regulations on the State register of non-profit organizations

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on the State register of non-profit organizations (further - the Provision) establish procedure for maintaining, storage and recovery of the State register of non-profit organizations (further - the Register).

2. The register is the information resource containing data on non-profit organizations, and component of the State register of legal units.

3. Information from the Register is public and available by means of the Internet, except for confidential data, according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

4. Subject of the Register is the information material including data on non-profit organizations which registration is assigned to the Ministry of Justice, and also information on the public associations registered by bodies of local public authority (further - objects of accounting).

5. The register consists of the following subregisters:

1) the subregister of associations, with the following fields: public associations, union of legal entities;

2) subregister of funds;

3) the subregister of organizations, with the following fields; private institution, public organization;

4) the subregister of religious cults and their components, with the following fields: religious cult, religious community, religious institution;

5) the subregister of political parties and other social and political organizations, with the following fields: political party, social and political organization;

6) subregister of labor unions;

7) subregister of patronages;

8) subregister of periodicals and news agencies;

9) subregister of public periodicals.

II. Maintaining Register

6. The register is kept in manual and electronic form, in state language. If data of the manual Register and electronic do not correspond, data of the manual Register are considered reliable.

Maintaining the Register electronically shall provide protection against unauthorized access to it.

7. For the purpose of conducting reliable and complete accounting of data on non-profit organizations the Register is kept with respect for the principles established by the legislation.

8. Manual amendment of the Register is performed by means of entry in registration books (further - books) which pages shall be strung together and numbered. The number of pages is specified on the last page and is certified by seal the Ministries of Justice and the signature of person designated for this purpose (further - the registrar). Replacement of sheets in books by withdrawal and gluing of new sheets is forbidden.

Each book without fail contains the name of the Register, the holder of the Register, the registrar and body exercising control of maintaining the Register, number of the book, terms of maintaining and storage of the book, and also terms of maintaining and storage of the Register.

9. In the corresponding Register each object of accounting and information on him are brought on the single sheet of the book.
