form of the register of residents of the Park of high technologies;

form of the registration certificate of the resident Park of high technologies.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Business project

This business project is developed according to Regulations on the Park of high technologies.

General provisions

1. The basis for development of the business project is the decision of the head of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur which are determined and affirm:

head of development of the business project;

cast and distribution of obligations between them;

developer of the business project.

Creation of working group of number of heads, specialists of the legal entity with provision of the certain powers promoting preparation of interconnected basic data is recommended.

Requirements to structure of the business project in the sphere of new and high technologies

2. Are part of the business project: title page, contents of the main Sections of the business project, appendix.

3. The title page shall contain the name of the project, the name of the legal entity – the initiator of the project, developer of the business project, the signature of the head of the legal entity – the initiator of the project, the requirement to confidentiality of the document.

4. In content names of the main Sections and subsections of the business project, its appendices are specified, and also references to pages are given.

5. In the business project one or several types of activity listed in Item 3 of the Regulations on the Park of high technologies, specific actions for their implementation and development, types and the amounts assumed to sales of goods (works, services, property rights), the reasons for need of their realization expected receipt of revenue (income) from this realization are specified.

Development of the following main Sections of the business project is recommended:

6. The amount of the business project shall make (without appendices) no more than 20 pages.

7. In case of development of the business project it is recommended to observe the following principles and approaches:

constitute the business project for the entire period of project implementation (further - planning horizon);

(if necessary) to accept the period of display of information in calculations to equal 1 year;

to make calculations of the business project in Belarusian rubles (in necessary cases it is allowed to make calculations in foreign currency).
