According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2002 "About prevention and restriction of tobacco smoking" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed maximum permissible levels of nicotine content and resinous substances in separate types of tobacco products.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
