About temporary stay in the Republic of Belarus of members of crews of air vehicles of foreign states
According to Appendix 9 (Facilitation) to the Convention on international civil aviation of December 7, 1944:
1. Determine that:
the term of temporary stay in the Republic of Belarus without visas of members of crews of air vehicles of the foreign states arriving to the Republic of Belarus by international flights on duty or to their execution on the following specified by them international flight shall not exceed 15 days from the date of their entry into the Republic of Belarus if other is not defined by international treaties of the Republic of Belarus;
during this term members of these crews can drive to the Republic of Belarus, stay in the Republic of Belarus and leave the Republic of Belarus in the presence of the valid documents provided by international treaties and other acts of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus for entry into the Republic of Belarus and (or) departure from the Republic of Belarus, including certificates of crew members and the general declaration.
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in six-months time:
provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree;
take other measures necessary for implementation of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
