1. Ceased to be valid

2. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1462 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 189, 5/24215; 2007, No. 209, 5/25686):

2.2.1. in Regulations on the fund of insurance guarantees for obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles of the Belarusian bureau on transportation insurance approved by this resolution:

in Item 2:

in subitem 2.2 of the word "5 percent" shall be replaced with words "percent 0,5";

add Item with subitem 2.9-1 of the following content:

"2.9-1. assignments of part of profit in the amount of 30 percent of difference between the net profit and expenses from net profit included in the estimate on content of the Belarusian bureau;";

in subitem 3.8 of Item 3 to replace the word "investments" with the word "placements";

in Item 6:

the paragraph one of part one to state in the following edition:

"6. The Belarusian bureau can place fund, except for the means specified in Item 5 of this provision in the following objects:";

add Item with subitem 2.5-1 of the following content:

"2.5-1. assignments of part of profit in the amount of 70 percent of difference between the net profit and expenses from net profit included in the estimate on content of the Belarusian bureau;";

in subitem 3.6 of Item 3 to replace the word "investments" with the word "placements";

in Item 6:

the paragraph one of part one to state in the following edition:

"6. The Belarusian bureau can place fund, except for the means specified in Item 5 of this provision in the following objects:";

"6. In case of creation and (or) the insurance company, insurance broker within ten working days from the date of creation and (or) liquidation or change of the location shall send to liquidation of separate division or change of its location to registering body the adequate notice.";

exclude Item 7;

2.2.4. Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for creation of separate divisions of insurance companies, insurance brokers outside the Republic of Belarus to state participations in creation outside the Republic of Belarus of insurance companies and (or) insurance brokers or the acquisition of shares (shares) in authorized capitals of such organizations approved by this resolution in the following edition:

"5. In case of creation and (or) the insurance company, insurance broker within ten working days from the date of creation and (or) liquidation or change of the location shall send to liquidation of separate division or change of its location to registering body the adequate notice.";
