RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF NATIONAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About establishment of form of the reporting 2210 "Information on the forthcoming payments and receipts on principal payment of debt and percent on external debt obligations and debt requirements of bank to nonresidents" and approval of the Instruction on procedure for creation and submission of information on form of the reporting 2210 "Information on the forthcoming payments and receipts on principal payment of debt and percent on external debt obligations and debt requirements of bank to nonresidents"

Based on articles 26 and 119 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish form of the reporting 2210 "Information on the forthcoming payments and receipts on principal payment of debt and percent on external debt obligations and debt requirements of bank to nonresidents" according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of information on form of the reporting 2210 "Information on the forthcoming payments and receipts on principal payment of debt and percent on external debt obligations and debt requirements of bank to nonresidents".

3. The first reporting is submitted as of July 1, 2009.
