1. Approve the enclosed forms:

statements for registration of the legal entity as the subject of innovative infrastructure;

statements for prolongation of effective period of registration of the legal entity as the subject of innovative infrastructure;

register of subjects of innovative infrastructure;

business project;

registration certificates of the legal entity as the subject of innovative infrastructure.

2. Recognize invalid:
