Rules of carrying out tender on fixing of hunting grounds and the qualification requirements imposed to participants of tender

1. General provisions

1. These rules of carrying out tender on fixing of hunting grounds and the qualification requirements imposed to participants of tender (further - Rules), are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" and determine procedure for the organization and carrying out tender by fixing of hunting grounds and establish the qualification requirements imposed to participants of tender (further - tender).

2. The purpose of carrying out tender is provision to physical persons and legal entities of the right of maintaining hunting economy on the hunting grounds assigned to them.

3. Hunting grounds on the parcels of land which are in private property or in temporary land use of physical and non-state legal entities are assigned to them without carrying out tender according to their request by the decision of regional executive body on condition of compliance to their established qualification requirements and availability of representation of authorized body.

4. On tender hunting grounds and (or) sites of reserve fund which based on intereconomic okhotoustroystvo are recognized perspective for maintaining hunting economy are exposed.

5. Fixing of hunting grounds is performed by the decision of regional executive body based on results of the tender which is carried out according to these rules.

6. Fixing of hunting grounds which part sites of the state forest fund are is necessary for implementation of complex of actions for protection, reproduction and use of fauna and determined by materials of intereconomic okhotoustroystvo, is performed based on these rules.

7. Will organize competition and carries out territorial authority of the state body performing management function and control in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna (further - authorized body).
