2. Special ranks of employees of courts, Council, the Higher school and Department consist of the following class ranks:

Counselor of state of justice 3 classes
Adviser of justice of 1 class
Adviser of justice 2 classes
Adviser of justice 3 classes
Lawyer of 1 class
Lawyer 2 classes

3. Class ranks are appropriated consistently in the presence of positive certification, the higher legal education or other higher education, according to qualification, post and length of service, and also taking into account the special ranks and class ranks appropriated still to place of employment or services.

5. Class ranks of the Counselor of state of justice 1, of 2 and 3 classes are appropriated by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Class ranks of the adviser of justice 1, 2 and 3 class, and also the lawyer 1, 2 and 3 classes are appropriated:
to employees of Council and the Higher school - the chairman of the board;
to workers of the device of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
to workers of offices of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and subordinate courts, Department and its territorial departments - the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Terms of stay in each class rank in the presence of positive certification constitute for the lawyer 3, of 2, of 1 class - two and a half years, for advisers of justice 3, 2 and 1 classes - four years.
Terms of stay in ranks of the Counselor of state of justice 1, of 2, of 3 classes are not established.
6-1. Assignment to employees of courts, Council, the Higher school, Department and its territorial departments of the class rank to rank of the Counselor of state of justice of 1 class inclusive regardless of provided on post, without respect for the sequence and term of stay in rank is allowed according to article 5 of this provision.
7. To the workers who passed to work into courts, Council, the Higher school, Department and its territorial departments from law enforcement agencies and other organizations, class ranks are appropriated taking into account positions to which they are appointed of knowledge and work experience, and also special ranks and class ranks appropriated still to place of employment or services.
8. The chairman of the Constitutional court, the chairman of the Supreme Court, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the chairman of the board has the right to appropriate class ranks:
1) before the expiration of fixed term of period of service in the previous class rank for special differences or for approximate execution of office debt;
2) without respect for the sequence, but no more than on two cool ranks above in what the worker in case of promotion to the highest position consists;
3) on one class rank below, than it is provided by post, to the workers for the first time certified.
