Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish for 2009 for heads of steadily working organizations having outstanding performance and priority value in development of the corresponding industries, coefficient of ratio of the average salary of the head and the average salary on the organization in general over 5,0 according to appendix.
2. Provide to the Minister of Industry, the Minister of Communications and Informatization, the chairman of the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry the right to reduce during 2009 to heads of the organizations specified in appendix to this resolution, the size of coefficient of ratio of the average salary of the head and on the organization in general established by this resolution, in case of failure to carry out by the organizations in the accounting period of the main target indicators of the forecast of social and economic development finished by it.
3. To industry ministry, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization, the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry in a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring the payment terms of work of heads of the organizations specified in appendix to this resolution provided by contracts into compliance with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the first following after month of its official publication.
