1. General provisions

1. These rules of approval of the size and the mechanism of collection of payment for acquisition and installation of metering devices of regulated utilities (goods, works) (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About natural monopolies and the controlled markets" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. These rules determine procedure for approval of the size and the mechanism of collection of payment for acquisition and installation of metering devices of regulated utilities (goods, works).

3. For the purposes of these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) the metering device - the technical device intended for accounting of amount of consumption of regulated utilities (goods, works), allowed for use in the procedure established by the legislation;

2) the payment document - the document (the account, the notification, the receipt, the account prevention constituted based on indications of metering devices) of the subject of natural monopoly based on which payment for regulated utilities is made (goods, works);

3) the consumer - the physical person or legal entity using or intending to use regulated services (goods, works) of subjects of natural monopoly and the controlled market;

The trade secret as a part of information does not form the refusal basis in its provision to authorized body, at the same time the Subject and interested persons by provision of information specify to authorized body the exhaustive list of the data which are trade secret with application of a copy of the internal act determining the list of the data which are trade secret.
