About the Permanent plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States

For the purpose of streamlining of activities of the Permanent plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States:

1. Approve:

Regulations on the Permanent plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States according to appendix No. 1;

2. Determine that the Permanent plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - the Permanent representative) is a part of the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and according to the status it is equated to the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Norov V. I.) since 2009, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to perform annual approval of expense budget on content of the Permanent representative.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Azimov R. S.) to allocate necessary funds for maintenance and ensuring activities of the Permanent representative according to expense budget within budgetary appropriations for financing of the foreign institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved in accordance with the established procedure for the next financial year.

5. Declare invalid the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 12, 2006 of N PP-488 "About the Permanent representative of the Republic of Uzbekistan under Eurasian economic community".

6. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S. and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Habit of V. I.
