About the Permanent plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States

1. Approve:

Regulations on the Permanent plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States according to appendix No. 1;

2. Determine that the Permanent plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - the Permanent representative) is a part of the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and according to the status it is equated to the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Norov V. I.) since 2009, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to perform annual approval of expense budget on content of the Permanent representative.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Azimov R. S.) to allocate necessary funds for maintenance and ensuring activities of the Permanent representative according to expense budget within budgetary appropriations for financing of the foreign institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved in accordance with the established procedure for the next financial year.

5. Declare invalid the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 12, 2006 of N PP-488 "About the Permanent representative of the Republic of Uzbekistan under Eurasian economic community".

6. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S. and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Habit of V. I.

Regulations on the Permanent plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States

I. General provisions

1. The permanent plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States (the daleepostoyanny representative) is diplomatic representative of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the status of the Ambassador and is a part of the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

preparation of information and analytical materials and timely informing in accordance with the established procedure the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning activities of the CIS, authorized bodies of the CIS, the decisions made by them;

ensuring interaction of bodies of the CIS and the relevant ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, timely bringing materials of meetings to the them, meetings and other events held and planned to carrying out within the CIS;

implementation of effective interaction with Executive committee of the CIS, the permanent authorized representations of the State Parties of the CIS, bodies of the public and economic board, public associations, business, cultural and scientific community, mass media of the state of stay on the questions which are within the competence of the Permanent representative;

accomplishment of orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Cabinet of Ministers and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

participation in preparation and holding visits of the officials and official delegations of the Republic of Uzbekistan connected with holding actions within the CIS;

negotiating and participation in project development of international treaties within the CIS, and also drafts of decisions of bodies of the CIS;

assistance of implementation of the signed international treaties and the made decisions within the CIS;

accomplishment of other functions according to rules of international law and legislations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

III. Organization of activities of the Permanent representative

4. The permanent representative is appointed and dismissed in the procedure established by the legislation.

5. Combination of position of the representative of the Republic of Uzbekistan to other international organizations in compliance by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan can be assigned to the Permanent representative. The corresponding allowance to its salary for combination of positions is provided in these cases in expense budget of the Permanent representative.

6. Financing of activities of the Permanent representative is performed in accordance with the established procedure through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the approved estimate. The financial accounting and the reporting connected with financing of activities of the Permanent representative is performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. The permanent representative issues orders and orders within the competence, hires and dismisses the administrative technicians serving him and is manager of the means allocated for its maintenance according to the procedure by the established legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
