About information on questions of rendering legal aid

1. Determine that:

1.1. for placement in legal advice bureaus, lawyer bureaus in available to acquaintance of persons needing legal aid, the place the reference stands containing without fail the following information on rendering legal aid shall be established:

1.1.1. the information about the manager of legal advice bureau, the managing partner, the lawyers, other persons providing activities of legal advice bureau, lawyer bureau (surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), numbers of offices and phones, information on number of special permission (license) for implementation of lawyer activities, date of the decision on its issue, the state body which issued it;

1.1.2. about operating mode of legal advice bureau, lawyer bureau, duty roster of lawyers;

1.1.3. about the state bodies performing powers in the field of lawyer activities and also control of compliance with law by lawyers (the name and the address of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus);

1.1.4. about higher bodies of lawyer self-government (full name, the address);

1.1.5. about implementation of acceptance of separate categories of citizens (in particular, disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War, disabled people of fighting in the territory of other states) in first-priority procedure;

1.1.6. about reception of citizens on private matters the manager of legal advice bureau, the managing partner of lawyer bureau (days, acceptance time, number of office, phone number of preliminary making an appointment);

1.1.7. about availability of the book of notes and offers (the location, surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), number of office phone of person responsible for ledger maintenance of notes and offers);

1.1.8. about the legal aid including rendered at the expense of means of Bars, republican and (or) local budgets with extraction from the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 "About legal profession and lawyer activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 2, 2/1884);

1.2. at reference stands or in other places available to acquaintance of citizens, in legal advice bureaus, lawyer bureaus other information concerning activities of legal profession can be in addition placed;

1.3. information at reference stands shall be presented by thematic blocks in the systematized form convenient for reading and understanding of citizens;

1.4. if at reference stands in legal advice bureau, lawyer bureau there is not enough place for placement of information on rendering legal aid, it is created in the information folder with files and is placed on rack (table) in the foyer (lobby) of legal advice bureau, lawyer bureau in the place, available to acquaintance of citizens;

1.5. managers of legal advice bureaus, managing partners of lawyer bureaus bear the personal responsibility for contents of the placed information on rendering legal aid and its timely updating;

1.6. the lawyers performing lawyer activities individually provide placement of information on rendering legal aid in the room occupied by them used for implementation of lawyer activities in the presence of the corresponding conditions for this purpose or bring this information to the attention of the faces which addressed for rendering legal aid.

2. Control over the implementation of this resolution is provided with council of the relevant territorial Bar.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
