1. Approve the enclosed list of the types of activity which are technology connected with regulated services (goods, works) in spheres electro-and heat-and-power engineeering.

2. To department on regulation and control in the field of electro-and heat-and-power engineeering of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Shkarupa A. V.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To department of administrative work and analysis of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Esirkepov E. O.) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

To provide 1) in the procedure established by the legislation its official publication in mass media;

2) to bring it to the attention of structural divisions and territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies Aldabergenov N. Sh. and the supervising vice-Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

1. In the field of transfer of electrical energy:

4) service in ensuring reliability and stability of electric utility service.

2. In the field of transfer and distribution of electrical energy:

1) the omission of specialized vehicles and other off-gage loads under air-lines of 0,4-220 of kilovolts;

2) connection to power networks according to requests of consumers;

3) installation of metering devices;

4) repair and maintenance of thermal objects of the third parties participating in single cycle of transfer and distribution of heat energy;

5) installation of metering devices;

6) maintenance, repair and reconstruction of thermal networks and equipment.

5. In the field of production, transfer and distribution, supply with heat energy:

1) service in chemical water purification;

2) feed of thermal networks;

3) service in realization of chemically purified water, condensate, distillate, ashes;

4) service in production of the electrical energy including developed by gas turbine installations and other equipment;

5) service in production of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen;

6) water use (well);

7) adjustment of processing equipment;

9) connection to thermal networks according to requests of consumers;
