1. Approve Rules of the organization of works on improvement of settlements taking into account modern architectural and town-planning requirements according to appendix.

2. To the chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic the Karakalpak the thane, to hokima of areas and the city of Tashkent to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Hanov N. M.

Rules of the organization of works on improvement of settlements taking into account modern architectural and town-planning requirements

I. General provisions

1. These rules determine procedure for the organization, carrying out, financing of works on improvement of the territories of settlements and the mezhselenny territories (further - improvement), and also control of their implementation.

2. In these rules the following main terms and concepts are used:

improvement - set of works on engineering training of the territory, to the device of roads, implementation of actions for clearing, drainage, gardening and irrigation of the territory, improvement of microclimate, protection from pollution of airshed, open reservoirs and the soil, to sanitary cleaning, reduction in sound level performed for the purpose of reduction of this or that territory in the condition suitable for construction and normal proper use, creation of healthy, convenient and cultural living conditions of the population;

II. Architectural and construction regulations and rules in case of construction and construction of subjects to improvement

The project documentation on improvement affirms town-planning councils of the Ministry of construction of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, head departments of construction of areas and Tashkent.
