1. Approve the enclosed Rules and conditions of foreign trade (regarding export) by separate types of forest products for 2009.
2. Determine that in 2009 forest products, according to appendix are implemented for export by the export and production republican unitary enterprise "Belleseksport", the republican production and trade unitary enterprise "Belarustorg", the trade republican unitary enterprise "Bellesbumpromeksport".
3. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
3.1. ceased to be valid
3.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 10.06.2025 No. 323
4. Suspend till January 1, 2010:
4.1. parts one of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714 "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 103, 5/14395; 2007, No. 144, 5/25324; 2008, No. 15, 5/26597; 2009, No. 16, 5/29126) concerning the bargains concluded:
