In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 1999 "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:
1. Establish since November 1, 1999 minimum prices of alcoholic products according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to publication.
