1. General provisions

These rules of transfer, realization and liquidation by means of destruction, utilization, burial of not used military property, and also provision in property employment (lease) of defense objects (further - Rules) regulate procedure for transfer, realization and liquidation by means of destruction, utilization, burial of not used military property, and also provision in property employment (lease) of defense objects.

2. The military property is recognized not suitable for use for the intended purpose or served warranty periods of storage in inventories in Armed Forces, other troops and military forming according to the procedure determined by authorized body.

10. In case of receipt by authorized body of messages on lack of the need for not used military property from Armed Forces, other troops and military forming, special state bodies, and also in the absence of requests from the state organizations of education, not used military property is subject to realization according to Chapter 3 and liquidations by means of destruction, utilizations and burials according to Chapter 4 of these rules.

2. Procedure for transfer of not used military property

Transfer of not used military property to operational management of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming, special state bodies, and also transfer of single samples of arms and military equipment to the organizations of defense industry complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan are performed according to the decision of authorized body based on recommendations of the Military and technical commission under the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
