1. General provisions

1.1 These rules in connection with execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About subsoil" and the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About subsoil" determine according to special permission (license) or consent granting the right to mining and also construction and operation of the underground installations which are not connected with mining, provision to the subsoil plot of the earth of the status of "mining branch".
