I. Approve Regulations about permission by National Bank of Moldova of some currency transactions it (is applied).

II. Recognize invalid the Instruction about implementation of transfer of the capital in the form of investments approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 186 of July 29, 2004. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 138-146, 285), with subsequent changes and amendments.

III. The instruction about transfer from the Republic of Moldova of money separate categories of physical persons approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 184 of July 13, 2006. (2006, 426), with subsequent changes and amendments, to change the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 116-119, as follows:

1. The subitem b) Item 1.2 to exclude.

2. Exclude Chapter III.

3. In appendix No. 1 to the instruction:

1) part I:

a) to exclude the text from the name of part "/National Bank of Moldova";

b) 1, 2 and 6 to exclude Items;
