To management of bank calculations, commercial banks and Interbank Processing Center Private company according to the Provision "About the Main Requirements to Functioning of Payment System of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of Emergence of Emergency Situations in Payment System" to develop packet of the internal procedures establishing the regulations, procedure for work, interaction of personnel of system in case of emergency situations and procedure for recovery of the normal mode of functioning of each system used for rendering payment services till 01.06.2009.
